All-on-4

All-on-4 is a way to restore a full arch of teeth when all or most teeth are missing, or when the remaining teeth can't be saved. A fixed bridge with a full row of teeth is attached to several implants placed in the jaw, restoring the whole bite in one stage.

How it works

Treatment starts with a 3D X-ray and digital planning, which show where the implants can be placed so that bone augmentation is often not needed. The implants are placed under local anaesthetic, and the fixed teeth are attached to them. Unlike a removable denture, the bridge doesn't move, doesn't cover the palate and lets you eat and speak naturally.
