Megagen Anyone Implant

Megagen AnyOne is one of the two implant systems we work with at M Clinic. It's made in South Korea, and we use it for single missing teeth, for several teeth, and for immediate placement into a fresh socket when the bone allows it.

When a Megagen implant is the right choice

An implant replaces the root of a tooth that is gone. A small titanium post goes into the jawbone, heals into it, and then carries a crown. The neighbouring teeth stay untouched, and the bone around the implant stops shrinking, which it otherwise starts doing as soon as a tooth is lost.

Megagen AnyOne is the starting point for most of our implant plans. If your surgeon sees a reason to go with Straumann or with the Megagen AnyRidge instead, you'll hear why at the consultation, with your 3D scan in front of you.

How implant placement works at M Clinic

Planning starts with a CBCT 3D scan and a digital scan of your teeth. From these the surgeon sees the volume and density of the bone and plans the exact position of the implant, often with a surgical guide. The placement itself is done under local anaesthetic. If a tooth still has to come out, we can usually place the implant in the same visit, straight into the socket, which saves a second surgery and months of waiting. Healing usually takes 3 to 6 months, and then the permanent crown is made.

Our implant surgeries are performed by maxillofacial surgeon Giorgi Rakviashvili and surgeon Nukri Rogava.

What it costs

A Megagen AnyOne implant starts at 1,000 GEL. The gum former and the individual abutment are priced separately, and the crown is planned with you after healing. The exact budget is set after the 3D scan. You can also pay in instalments through TBC Bank.

Questions patients ask

Does it hurt? No. The procedure is done under local anaesthetic. Some mild discomfort in the first days is normal and is easily managed with the medication we prescribe.

How long does a Megagen implant last? With good hygiene and regular check-ups, decades. Megagen implants come with a long-term manufacturer's warranty.
