Straumann Individual Abutment

The abutment connects the Straumann implant in your jaw to the crown. An individual abutment is designed from a digital scan of your mouth so that the crown emerges from the gum at the right angle and the gum line looks natural.

Why it's made individually

Standard abutments come in fixed shapes. An individual one is shaped for your specific implant position and gum profile, which gives a better fit and a more natural result, especially on front teeth.

When it's fitted

After the implant has integrated and the gum has been shaped by the gum former, we take a digital scan. The abutment and the crown are made from that scan and fitted together.

Price

A Straumann individual abutment starts at 500 GEL. It's priced separately from the implant and the crown.
