Professional After Braces Hygiene

When braces come off, traces of adhesive and plaque remain on the teeth, especially in the places that were hard to clean during treatment. A professional cleaning after braces removes them and returns the teeth to a smooth, clean surface.

What's included

The hygienist removes the remaining adhesive without damaging the enamel, cleans away plaque and tartar and polishes the teeth. It's a good moment to check the gums and enamel after orthodontic treatment, and to plan teeth whitening if you want it. To keep the result, the orthodontist will fit a retainer.
